Agreement with Southland Casino Hotel Enables DraftKings Entry into Arkansas
The Arkansas Racing Commission has granted DraftKings a license, allowing for the upcoming launch of its online sportsbook in the state, in partnership with Southland Casino Hotel, pending final regulatory approvals.
This prospective launch follows a market access agreement established with Southland Casino Hotel. By entering Arkansas, DraftKings will increase its sportsbook availability to over 2 million adult residents in the state, resulting in coverage that reaches 53 percent of the U.S. population.

Eligible customers in Arkansas will have access to DraftKings’ online sportsbook, which includes a variety of betting options such as:
